Starting my Brit Paras

Trying a two-tone approach to the skin with my paras, I may even try some extra highlighting on the face after I've finished painting the uniform etc...

28mm Pulp German

Finally painted the last of my pulp Germans... though I gave him camo and a stony grass base so he won't fit with the others!

I "Heart" Moana

Popped into Urban Games (notice the subtle name change?) on Saturday to get some of that paint on matt varnish that Daniel uses. Problme is they had run out of all stocks of varnish.

But the dude recommended Moana Matt Spray Varnish, available from Gordon Harris. I was going to check out Moana as well, but it was nice of the dude to recoomend it as he had nothing in stock.

And as luck would have it, GH was having a sale, and I saved my self a whopping $1.03 off the retail price of $10.30.

As you can see form the pics, it's definitely a matt varnish, as apposed to the 'matt' varnish I've used in the past.
